Each vendor is expected to complete and submit both “Rules and Regulations” form as well as the “Application”. If you have questions, you may contact the Market staff. Once both items have been submitted, you will be contact by the market staff to discuss payment options for the 2019 season. I believe you can make changes to your forms if you need to after you originally submit them.
